Both Virat and Rohit will get pension
BCCI gives pension to Indian cricketers after their retirement. BCCI has some rules and regulations for this. For this, players have to play a fixed number of matches. They are given pension on that basis. BCCI’s pension slab is made on the basis of first class matches and test cricket matches.
If a player has played more than 25 Test matches for India, he is given a pension of Rs 70,000 per month. On the other hand, cricketers who have played less than 25 Test matches are given a pension of Rs 60,000 per month. In this regard, both the legends Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will get pension.
BCCI’s full pension slab
